ABOUT OUR SERVICE

Our system uses an innovative application of tried and tested technologies to support your field-based panel market and consumer research. Data from your new product testing or audience survey is much more valid and reliable than with traditional research methods. Here’s why:

Your participants can file reports as and when things happen. So let’s say you want to know each time they see a TV advertisement for a particular shampoo. With our system, they can respond immediately, and more to the point, easily.

We make it easy for you too. We provide and manage the technology, and set up the system. Then we work with you to develop the question sets.

The background
The innovative technology is the result of research carried out by one of our directors, Dr Phil Gee at the University of Plymouth’s School of Psychology - one of the UK’s top rated university research departments.

It was originally developed as a means to get behavioural and psychological data on activities that couldn’t easily be studied in the lab. However, its potential for commercial research was immediately obvious. A division of a major FMCG manufacturer has already used our system in product testing research. Another manufacturer is using it to monitor product consumption.
