Product Testing
Our system lets you capture data from your panel where
and whenever they use your new product:
• We can program the system to call who you want,
when you want with questions about aspects of product
use and satisfaction.
• We can process calls made by them after they
have done or seen whatever it is you want to know about.
For example you might want to know when they have seen
an advertisement for a particular car, or have shopped
in a particular store.
• We can process text, numeric and voice responses.
• We can handle multimedia sent from their mobile
including images taken each time they use your product.
Audience Response Research
You can sample from a large panel without needing each
person to have a special response keypad. The panel
responds to the automated questions simply by using
their own mobile phone. That means you don’t need
to spend time and money training participants or installing
special technology in their homes.
There’s another advantage too.
Because you can monitor the system live, you can immediately
investigate any problems.
Measuring the impact of your
advertising
How effective is your new advertisement? Well, you’ll
get much better idea with our system. You can ask your
panel to report in whenever or wherever they see or
hear your message.
We can call participants at pre-arranged times to ask
whether they can see or hear your message at that moment,
or if have they seen it in the last 30 minutes. And
you can sample the panel once, twice, or as many times
per day as you need, and over an extended period.
The result is a rich, valid and
reliable picture of the panels’ exposure to your
message. You can even ask them to send a photo or video
clip showing your advertisement in context.
