HOW IT WORKS

Our system connects your database directly to the participant’s own mobile phone. It calls them according to a schedule that best fits the aims of your research, and the lifestyle of the participant.

• The server administers the questions according to responses and sends the responses in numerical or text format; as voice recordings or photos, directly to your database.

• Real-time analysis of responses makes it possible for you to update your questions and question criteria as the data comes in.

• Participants can get the system to call back later if they are called at an inconvenient time. If a scheduled call fails to connect or complete, the system tries again later.

• As well as making calls according to your preferred sampling frame, the system can receive and process calls initiated by the participant.

• Ask your participants to call in whenever they experience whatever it is you want to know about.
